Locked out of Facebook or Instagram? Find out if it can be recovered.

Hacked, disabled, or just can't log in? Take the 2-minute recovery check. It tells you, based on how Meta's own recovery and appeal rules work, whether your account can likely come back, what you will need, and when it cannot.

Nobody can guarantee recovery. Meta makes the final decision on every account. Anyone who claims to have inside contacts at Meta, asks for your password, or wants payment in gift cards or crypto is running a scam. We never ask for your password.

What we help with

Personal profiles and business accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

Hacked accounts

Someone changed your email, password, or phone number, or turned on their own two-factor login.

Lost access

Forgotten password, an old email or phone number, or a lost two-factor device.

Disabled or suspended

Meta disabled your account and you still have time to request a review.

Facebook Pages

Lost admin access to your business Page after a hack or a team change.

Business portfolios and ad accounts

Locked out of Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, or an ad account.

Instagram business accounts

Getting your business Instagram back and reconnected to your Page and ads.

How it works

We only work through Meta's official recovery and appeal processes. No shortcuts, no tricks, nothing that could get you banned.

  1. Take the check

Answer a few questions. You get an honest answer on the spot.

  2. Choose your plan

If your account qualifies, pick personal or business recovery.

  3. We prepare everything

The right recovery path, your ID and documents, your appeal wording, and your video selfie prep.

  4. We follow through

We stay with your case, handle follow-ups, and lock the account down once you are back in.

Pricing

Take the recovery check first. We only take cases that can realistically be recovered, so you never pay for a case Meta's rules already rule out.

Meta makes the final decision on every account and sets its own response times, which can range from a day to several weeks. We cannot speed Meta up or guarantee an outcome.

Questions, answered

Can you guarantee you will get my account back?

No. Meta makes the final call on every account, and nobody outside Meta can override it. What we do is make sure you use the right recovery path, have the right proof ready, and do not make mistakes that hurt your chances. The recovery check tells you up front if your case cannot be recovered.

Do you need my password or login?

No, and you should never give it to anyone. You stay in control of your account at every step. We guide you through each screen and prepare what you submit.

What will I need?

It depends on your case. Usually some of these: access to the email or phone number that was on the account, a government ID with the same name as the profile, a phone that can record a short video selfie, a device you have logged in from before, and for businesses, documents that show the business is yours.

How long does it take?

Some cases are solved in a day. Appeals and identity reviews depend on Meta and can take from a few days to several weeks.

What if my account cannot be recovered?

The check tells you plainly and explains why. If you want, we can help you set up a new, secured account and rebuild your audience the right way.

Is this connected to Meta?

No. Kindah Studios is an independent marketing agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for Meta Platforms, Inc.
