What to expect after you buy

   Right after you pay

   Stripe emails your receipt, and we are notified to start your project.

   Within 1 business day

   We send your service agreement to sign online. Once it is signed, you get your Kindah OS client portal invite and a short onboarding checklist.

   Kickoff

   You complete the checklist and share what we need (listed below). We confirm the plan and dates with you.

   While we work

   We set up the number and bot, test it in a private group, then add it to yours.

   Timeline

   Beta and Self-Setup: start right away. Done-For-You Setup: your bot is usually live within about 1 week of kickoff. Fully Managed: starts the week after kickoff.
