We send your service contract to sign electronically. It covers your package, posts per month, retainer terms, content approval and cancellation (14 days notice). No work starts before this is signed.

Start your monthly subscription for your package (Growth is $400/month for your first 6 months, then $697/month). Your subscription secures your start date and your monthly posting slot. Pause or cancel with 14 days notice.

Get access to your Kindah OS portal
Once the contract is signed and the subscription is started, you get your invite to the Kindah OS client portal. This is your home base: Dashboard for an overview, Projects for your management project, Tasks for what is done and what is next, and Content for your calendar, approvals and files.

Complete onboarding in the portal
Complete the onboarding checklist inside Kindah OS: business details, brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), your offers and prices, your audience, pages you want managed, and examples of how you talk so we can set up your voice cloning.

Give access to your socials, in onboarding
Connect your social accounts the safe way: follow the step-by-step access instructions in the portal for each platform. For Meta, accept the partner / business access invite for your Facebook Page and Instagram. Never send your personal password by email or chat. Tell us who approves posts and who should get lead alerts.
- 7Content Bank
Send your content: content folder or Content Bank
Share your content folder link (for example your Drive folder) in onboarding, or upload photos, videos and raw clips straight into your Content Bank in the Content section of Kindah OS. Upload new content any time during the month and we turn it into posts and edited videos. No content yet? Tell us in onboarding and we will plan what to capture.

We set up, you approve, we launch
We optimize your pages, build your inbox automation and automated replies, set up your voice profile, and build your first content calendar in the portal. You approve the calendar in Kindah OS, then posting, engagement and inbox management start.

At the end of each month your report and insights are added to your portal, with next month's plan and content calendar ready for your approval.

Questions, answered
Do I have to give you my password?
No. Access is granted through official platform access (Meta partner access) during onboarding in the portal. You can remove it any time.
Who creates the content?
We plan, write and edit from the photos and videos you upload to your Content Bank or content folder. We will tell you what to capture.
Do I approve posts before they go out?
Yes. Your content calendar is in Kindah OS for your approval.
What does voice cloning mean?
We learn your tone from your past posts and messages and write in that voice. It is used for captions, replies and scripts.
What happens in my inbox?
Automated replies handle common questions, we organize and label messages, and real leads are flagged to you.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes, with 14 days notice. You keep everything already delivered.
What happens after the Growth intro price?
Growth is $400/month for your first 6 months, then $697/month. The change is written into your contract, and you can switch plans or cancel with 14 days notice.
